NICK KUHN

Over the past decade, I’ve coached more than 16,000 sessions, working with everyone from busy professionals and weekend warriors to high school athletes and retirees. No matter their background, one thing has always been clear: the right system creates lasting results.

While earning my B.S. in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College, I became obsessed with understanding how the human body moves—and more importantly, how to optimize performance through smart, sustainable training. That passion led me to pursue certifications in Strength & Conditioning and Biomechanics, and to spend thousands of hours refining my methods in the gym and beyond.

I designed Off the Bench: The Prototype as a direct reflection of that journey—a 7-day training protocol rooted in performance science, built to improve your strength, mobility, and athletic readiness, fast.
